Our shop sits at 4002 S 74th St, in the Greenfield area on Milwaukee's southwest side. From there we reach north to Shorewood and Whitefish Bay, south to Oak Creek and the City of Racine, and west into Waukesha County as far as Hartland and Mukwonago.
Not sure your street falls inside those lines? Call or text anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can get there, because pointing you to someone closer beats leaving you waiting with water on the floor.
✓ Milwaukee County: Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Greenfield, Franklin, Cudahy, Shorewood and more
✓ Waukesha County: Waukesha, Brookfield, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Pewaukee, Hartland, Mukwonago
✓ Racine County: the City of Racine and its northeast neighbors
A backed-up drain looks the same everywhere, but the local setup behind it does not. Central Milwaukee and much of Shorewood are served by combined sewers that carry storm runoff and household waste together, which is why a cloudburst there can send water toward basement floor drains.
Waukesha County is a mix of municipal sewers and rural septic systems, and the City of Waukesha switched its tap water to Lake Michigan in 2023. Racine draws its own line between city and owner, taking on lateral failures under the street while leaving root cleaning to the property owner.
Each county page below digs into those details and the services that fit them. The tools we bring do not change: electric drain snakes, cable machines with root-cutting heads and an HD sewer camera.
Whether the call comes from Greendale or Pewaukee, the work available is the same. On the drain side that includes snaking, sewer and floor drain cleaning, root removal, camera inspection, spot repairs on damaged sewer line, emergency backup service and storm drain or catch basin cleaning.
On the plumbing side, our licensed plumbers track down leaks, repair copper, PVC, PEX and galvanized pipe, install and repair tank or tankless water heaters, and install water softeners. Toilets, faucets, fixtures and garbage disposals are on the list too, and small businesses can lean on us for commercial plumbing.
Homeowners make up most of our calls, often about a basement floor drain or a toilet that will not flush. Landlords with units in more than one suburb like having a single number to call, and restaurants, shops and offices rely on us when a drain problem threatens to keep the doors closed.
Our Google profile holds a 5.0-star rating from 10 reviews, and customers often mention Rick by name. We keep it that way by explaining the problem plainly, quoting before we start and skipping the upsell.
Whatever the job, the first conversation is free of pressure. Tell us what is happening, ask anything you like, and decide once you know the plan and the cost.

FAQ
Look for your town in the lists above or on your county page. If you are near a county line or in a community we did not name, call or text (414) 467-3437. You will get a straight yes or no.
Yes. We pick up 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Sewer backups and burst pipes ignore business hours, so we do too.
Yes. Restaurants, shops, offices and rental owners call us for floor drains, main lines, storm drains, catch basins and commercial plumbing repairs. We try to schedule around your hours so the work disrupts as little as possible.
Yes, se habla español. Mention it when you call or text, and we will make sure the explanation and the estimate are clear in the language you prefer.
Stop using water in the house so a backup does not get worse. If a supply pipe is leaking, close the main water shutoff. Keep kids and pets away from any sewage until we get there.
